Terms of Service

All services provided by Pacweb are subject to the following terms of service.


All quotations will be valid for 30 days from creation date. After this date a new quote can be arranged upon request.

Charges & Fees

For projects costing £300 or less Pacweb will require payment in full upon contract signing.

Projects costing over £300 will be subject to a 50% deposit to be paid upon contract signing, with the balance to be paid in full upon acceptance of the completed project, prior to release to the client, or publishing to a live web site.

Pacweb retains the right to hold all graphics and project development with the exception of content and graphics provided by the client, until payment is received for such items.


Payments can be made via PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer to Pacweb, no services will be provided unless payment has been made according to the agreement for the service offered.

Pacweb will not release or publish any projects until payment has been received in full.

Web Design Credit

Pacweb would like to add a link at the footer of your web site back to www.pacweb.co.uk. Other arrangements can be made if the client wishes to remove it.  Pacweb also reserves the right to include any work created as part of Pacwebs portfolio.


All communication relating to development projects and Pacweb’s services will be conducted via e-mail.  You agree to acknowledge receipt of all e-mails received by sending a “receipt” email to Pacweb to ensure a complete virtual “paper trail” of any communications between us.

Development & Delivery

Pacweb understands the importance of completing projects in a timely manner. We agree to complete the web design project within the time agreed from the date of contract signing. If the client does not supply Pacweb with complete text, graphic content and other requested materials for the contracted project within 30 days of contract signing or as agreed in the contract, the contract becomes void and all deposits paid by the client are forfeited. The client may request a Project Extension in writing to Pacweb for an additional fee of 20% of the project total cost for every 30 days of extension. All extension fees are due upon agreement of the extension between Pacweb and the client.


Any changes made by the client after contract signing will require a “Change Notice” in writing to Pacweb. Pacweb will then respond with a “Change Proposal” which will set out any changes to milestones and deadlines and will quote for any additional charges required to meet the change. Once the change proposal has been signed by the client it will become part of the contract.


If Pacweb receives no communication from and is unable to contact the client for a period of (60) days then the project will be cancelled without notice and no refund will be given.


Services purchased from Pacweb are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind that the web design project will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall Pacweb be liable to the client for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website, services, and/or goods provided to the client. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or other losses directly resulting from the use of the website, services, and/or goods provided to the client. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web design is with the client.
